Terms of service

Our textiles are handmade in India. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and handmade items naturally vary slightly in print, colour and size.

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include the item price only; shipping is added at checkout and any import duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe or PayPal. If a price is clearly listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, the payment can’t be verified, or we can’t deliver to your address.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product photos, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Sophia Art and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
