Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. If your address can’t be served we’ll contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Handmade and made-to-order items, and fabric cut to length, may occasionally need a little longer — we’ll email you if so.

Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Customs checks and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping is free on orders of US$99 / ₹4,999 or more. Below that, a flat rate of US$9 / ₹149 applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs authority. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

We email you as your order moves through processing, dispatch and delivery. You can also check its status any time on the Track Your Order page with your order number and email.

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email support@sophia-arts.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we’ll make it right.
