- Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
- We ship worldwide from India. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing, dispatch and delivery.
- What are your textiles made of?
- Our products are made from pure cotton — including printed cotton, cotton velvet and traditional Kantha. Each piece is handmade in India, so slight variations in print and texture are natural and part of the craft.
- How do I care for my Sophia Art textiles?
- We recommend a gentle cold machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent, and line drying in shade to preserve the colours. Avoid bleach. For the first wash, wash separately as natural dyes may release slight excess colour.
- Is the fabric sold by the yard?
- Yes — our printed cotton fabric is sold by the yard (44 inches wide). Choose your colour and the number of yards on the product page; we cut a continuous length where possible.
- Can I return or exchange an order?
- If something isn’t right, contact us at support@sophia-arts.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help with a return or exchange of unused items in original condition. Custom-cut fabric lengths may be non-returnable unless faulty.
- How can I track my order?
- Use the Track Your Order page and enter your order number (e.g. SA-100001) and the email you checked out with. We also email you at each stage of delivery.
