Returns & refunds

Contact us at support@sophia-arts.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. SA-100001) and the items you’d like to return.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Fabric cut to your requested length is non-returnable unless it arrives faulty or damaged.

Our textiles are handmade and hand-printed, so small variations in colour, print alignment and texture are part of the craft rather than defects.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We’ll confirm the return address when we approve your request — please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal). Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Want a different colour or size? Ask for an exchange in your return request and we’ll send the replacement once the original is on its way back to us, subject to availability.
